Noongar seasons plaques are under construction

Last Friday, work commenced on the six clay plaques that represent the six Noongar seasons. The winners for each category commenced the process of bringing their designs to life by rolling out the clay bases with the support of Ms Wormuth and some senior students. Yesterday, the students had the opportunity to complete the finer detail work on the plaques in readiness for firing and glazing.

The finished plaques will be affixed to the six main buildings across the school site. Keep an eye out for them early next term. They are a wonder to behold.
